ATD CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
We will be hosting two internationally-recognized live online ATD certificate programs which will feature as pre-conference workshops to the event.
If you would like to gain practical, real-world experience and go beyond the academic, you can enhance your conference participation to include ATD certificate programs available as pre-conference programs. These professional development options will help you elevate or develop the skills needed for you to perform at your optimal level.
THINGS TO KNOW
With live online programs, participation is mandatory in order to receive the certificate of completion and CEUs. Participants who miss more than two hours of the entire program will not be eligible to receive the certificate. Participants who fulfill the attendance requirement will receive a certificate at the end of the program.

A laptop computer with Wi-Fi capability is required. Note: You might not have an optimal experience if you are using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to access your courses. Chrome is the recommended browser.

Seema Nagrath Menon is an International Speaker, ATD Master Facilitator, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and Senior Learning & Development Specialist based in Dubai. As a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP®) and a qualified COTU-BPS (Level A & B) from Cambridge University, she have been working internationally in the fields of leadership development, learning strategy and instructional design for over 20 years. Currently, she is the head of CALM Worldwide (Center for Action in Learning Management), a professional and dynamic UAE based Management & Learning Consultancy whose niche is to powerfully add value to people & organizations, focusing on highly effective leadership, management and L&D practices that enables maximum potential and growth. She has also trained as a Leadership and Emotional Intelligence specialist, at Yale University and Case Western Reserve University. Her principal area of experience and expertise has been in research, innovation, designing and managing delivery of interactive developmental learning programs, aimed at facilitating the enhancement of targeted skills in her clientele. She is also an expert in the Neuroscience of Learning. Using her cross-cultural international business exposure to add value and positively influence the life of her clients in global business she have coached executives and leaders for peak performance and worked with major corporations in Europe, Asia, Middle East and all-over North America. That’s why developing the skills needed to create and deliver effective ROI evaluations should be at the top of your to-do list. Important areas where measuring ROI is key include: learning and performance, organization development, human resources, technology, change, and quality solutions.
In this ROI training you will learn to apply the Phillips ROI Methodology techniques to learning and performance solutions. This includes isolating the impact of your program on business measure improvements, converting those improvements to money, and calculating the ROI.

He is also global facilitator with the Association of Talent Development (ATD).For more than 19 years he led human performance improvement projects, programs and initiatives, in more than 30 countries in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia. Nader has received several awards for his achievements. On two occasions, ROI Institute awarded him for the best international implementation of the ROI Methodology. The Moroccan Society for Human Resource presented him an award for the best African HR expert in 2019. His articles in learning and development has been translated to Korean, Russian, Chinese, French, Arabic and Spanish. Nader facilitates workshops, consults with organizations, and speaks at conferences worldwide. He has been interviewed by several radio and TV programs in Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, France, and Algeria. Nader holds a Master degree in Marketing from University of Tunis Elmanar, Tunisia.
