Barbara Lombard, Executive Director, 21st Century

Barbara Lombard has the wealth of experience as an Executive in some blue-chip companies. She has both local and international experience having worked in South Africa, USA, United Kingdom, and India. She has a breadth of knowledge and experience in Policies, Organisational Governance Processes and ethics, Organisational and HR strategy, Industrial Relations, Talent Management and Leadership Development. She currently holds an Executive Director position at 21st Century. She is also a Remuneration and Rewards Committee Member at SALGA. Her board experience is over 12 years and has been a board member of SALGA for 2 terms.

Sizwe Lungelo Hadebe, Change Management Consultant, 21st Century

Sizwe Lungelo is a Change Management Consultant at 21st Century based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He offers a dynamic approach to journeying with organisations in understanding and facilitating change. Lungelo encourages individuals to employ a more personal reflective approach to the changes they have experienced before attempting to understand challenges, complexities, and opportunities as a result of the change in their organisations. Acquiring a disability that ushered drastic change in his life, Lungelo used this as experiential learning in supplementing all the Change Management theoretical knowledge acquired at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He also has experience in Employee Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, and journeying with organisations in creating humanising workplaces through the creative application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles. Lungelo is a passionate researcher and evidence-based approaches inform his consulting work.
