Crucial Mentoring Conversations Workshop 2023
Mentoring nourishes others to grow and act with greater confidence. The need for mentorship is greater than ever before. Informal mentoring has not kept up with the challenges in business. Niel Steinmann, South Africa’s leading authority on mentorship suggests a structured and intentional approach to mentoring, called crucial mentoring conversations. Our success in life is dictated by the quality of relationships we can build and maintain.
In this workshop we will explore the various conversations crucial for mentoring relationships. You will be able to hold deeper more honest conversations that create new levels of self-awareness and opportunities for those that you mentor to transform situations and relationships around them.
Be the mentor you wish you had!
- How do you mentor?
- Where do you start?
- What are the most relevant topics that could add value to your mentee?
The two-day Crucial Mentoring Conversations Workshop will give you the answers and will equip you with practical tools to hold deeper more meaningful conversations.
The 8 Crucial Mentoring Conversations will challenge, inspire and enable mentees to learn about themselves and their world. These conversations will create new levels of self-awareness and opportunities on both a personal and professional level.
