Euan Davis joined Cognizant’s Center for the Future of Work in 2013. He works extensively to establish Cognizant’s thought leadership credentials in Europe. His research focuses at the intersection of innovation and workforce culture. Euan ensures that the Center provides original research and analysis of work force trends and dynamics. To this end, he collaborates with a wide range of business and technology thinkers and academics. His work includes The Renaissance of Blue Collar Work, Europe: Digital Superpower? He was also a co-author of 21 Jobs of the Future as well as the follow up 21 Marketing Jobs of the Future as well as Everything you Wanted to Know About the Future of Work. Prior to joining Cognizant, Euan served as a Principal Analyst for Forrester Research based in London. He holds a BA degree from Portsmouth University and resides in Cambridge, UK.

Snowy is an engaging, authentic and passionate senior HR leader with deep expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Diversity and Inclusion. With over 17 years’ experience working across multiple industries driving global brands through transformation and a clear focus on strategy and execution. She currently heads up Talent, Learning and Inclusion for Marsh Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to Marsh Snowy was with Vodacom for 11 years where she was head of Learningand Leadership Development. She has experience working with senior Executives and Board of Directors. Snowy has also worked extensively with Bursars, Graduates and Young adults and supported them with coaching, mentoring and career counselling. She is passionate about community development and also support youngsters in their spiritual growth. She has an MBA from Milpark Business School and Digital Strategy Certificate from INSEAD. She has also completed ICF accredited Coaching courses.

Professor, University of Johannesburg, Extraordinary Professor, University of Stellenbosch Business School Theo Veldsman is regarded as one of the thought leaders in South Africa with respect to people management and the psychology of work. For many years he has demonstrated his ongoing ability to pro-actively identify emerging people and leadership needs and arrive at fit-for-purpose, innovative solutions that are simultaneously theoretically and practically sound. He has a proven ability to theory and practice. Theo has extensive research and development, as well as consulting experience over the past 35 years in the fields of strategy formulation and implementation; strategic organisational change; organisational (re)design; team building; leadership/ management development; and strategic people/ talent management. He has consulted/ consults with many leading South African companies, and organisations overseas, in the above areas in the roles of Advisor, Expert, Coach/ Mentor. He is seen as one of the pioneers of Organisational Design as a formal discipline in Southern Africa and Africa. He has enabled the process of introducing many of the global Organisational Design thought-leaders to South African audiences by arranging for them to visit South Africa. Personally, Theo has conducted more than 50 organisational design assignments across private and public organisations, both locally and internationally, at the executive and senior management levels. Over the past 8 years Theo has trained close on 200 OD practitioners through public and in company programmes. He has been party to many South African organisations introducing organisational design as a formal area of practice.
