Neuroscience Based Learning Design Workshop
With the rapid pace of change becoming a new normal in our modern world, learning has never been more important as a means of survival for organisations and individuals. To remain agile in the face of change, we must learn to unlock the power of effective learning strategies. But with elements such as the pandemic and ever-increasing demands on our attention, this isn’t always as straightforward and designing and delivering effective learning can be a daunting task. The new normal of blended, virtual and eLearning approaches has been forced on many trainers and organisations without much understanding of how to merge these new worlds effectively.
This program will unpack how to develop effective modern learning programs using Neuroscience Based Methods. By understand how our brains learn, we can develop learning content that manages our learners’ cognitive loads, and has an impact on behaviour and results. Create learning that STICKS and IMPACTS!
