Ester Watson leads the design and delivery of digital, in-person, and virtual learning experiences for Discovery’s sales and distribution workforce. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, her passion for impactful L&D will provide valuable perspectives on balancing technical training with the development of soft skills critical for leadership success.

Dr Dayalan Govender, Partner/Director, PwC
Dr Dayalan Govender has over 20 years of experience in HR, leadership, and management, specialising in HR across Africa and globally. As a Master HR professional and seasoned academic, Dr Govender offers insights into how global trends are shaping L&D and how CLOs can take a proactive approach in creating value-driven learning experiences.
